Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Customized Products
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes shirts or apparel created with custom designs, names, logos, colors, or sizing selections made specifically for the customer.

Non-Customized Products
Non-customized (standard) products may be returned within 20 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unopened Items must be returned in their original packaging Proof of purchase is required.

Return Approval
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect non-customized item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
